We are an independent, non-profit charity relying entirely on the generous donations of our supporters and volunteers. We are not affiliated with, nor receive any funding from the racing industry, so every penny really does count!

How you donations help us .

Each donation made to us really does make a huge difference! Every penny raised and each item donated is put to good use, rescuing, rehabilitating and caring for the dogs in our kennels as they wait to find loving families. Our kennels hold between 25-40 dogs at any one time and it’s thanks to all our fantastic supporters that we are able to rehome around 200 wonderful hounds every year. 

£80     Feeds every kennel dog for a day.

£40    Treats a dog for fleas and worms.    

£35     Provides a dog with vital vaccinations. 

£250    Neuter surgery for a dog.

£3500    Typical monthly vet bill for the kennels.

£750    Average cost to look after each dog the passes through our care.
