This is Rafferty; our resident goofball and ladies man that just recently burst onto the scene!

Raf is a BIG boy with a lot of energy and love to give. He is the goofiest, happiest lad ever and would make the funniest addition to your home! We feel confident that Raf can live with other dogs, but he is kennelled alone as we don’t currently have any little ladies to pair him with. If you have a resident dog in the home and are interested in Raf, we always do a few meetings here at the kennel with our hound and your dog to make sure they’re good pals before adoption day. Raffi does settle amazingly in his kennel on his own and is very good at entertaining himself. 

Rafferty is absolutely lovely and totally hilarious, but he’s a big, strong boy with a LOT of affection to give to you have to be prepared to take a big lad home if you like the look of him. Older, confident children would be a great match for Raffi, but as he’s a big bull in a china shop he may not be suitable to young children as there’s a chance they could get knocked over.

We adore Raffi here at Sun Valley, he’s a real character and a pure soul. If you’re a confident person who wants a big silly boy in your life, Raf is your guy!
