This is our darling Oscar; a laid back, lovely young man who has just joined the family.
Oscar currently shares his kennel with a crazy little lady greyhound, and he is just fabulous with her. He’s easy going, low maintenance and is happy to sit back and let his girl shine. Oscar has also been on a few off site walks with glowing reports.
We’d happily home Oscar to a family with children – but we would say the older the better, and the kids should be dog savvy. This is nothing to do with Oscar’s temperament (he’s amazing) but because he is blind in one eye and did retire from racing with an injury. We’re just being extra careful and do think he’d do best in a more chilled out home considering his not so nice start to life and war wounds from racing.
We just want this lovely little guy to finally kick his paws up and relax on his very own sofa. He will make the BEST companion to whoever is lucky enough to take him home! If you’d like to know more about his injury / blindness, we can always discuss this further in person. Please don’t let these little quirks put you off Oscar, he really is totally gorgeous and SO loving, and is more than ready to find his forever family!
