This is Joey, the most gorgeous, nutty greyhound around!

Joey has a lot of personality and really shines when he can show off around people, he really adores people and is super loving and affectionate. 

Joey has been off site for adventures a few times and we’ve had some mixed reports; he’s good with other sighthounds but needs more exposure to other breeds. This is common with a lot of greyhounds that are fresh off the track, they’ve only seen other greyhounds before and don’t really get other breeds. With time, and in the right hands, we’re sure that Joey will get used to being around dogs of all shapes and sizes. We do feel that Joey would do best in a home with people that have had dogs before, preferably sighthounds and know and understand the quirks of the breed.

Joey can live with older kids, and we feel like he’s a ‘the more the merrier’ kind of dog that would enjoy an active home, and would cope well with lots of people coming and going. 

Joey really is an amazing, loveable, goofy dog and in the right hands will truly blossom into a really endearing companion. If you’re an experienced owner who has the space and time for a quirky little sweetheart, Joey could be your guy!
