Everyone, meet Billy! Billy is an absolute SUPER MODEL of a dog, with the most fantastic personality to match. He’s only been here a short while, but we are all already besotted with this boy here at Sun Valley.

Billy is ultra affectionate, confident, loving and happy. He is just an absolute joy to look after. He currently shares his kennel with a female greyhound, and they are just an absolute whirlwind of fun together. He loves the company of another dog, so home with another dog will absolutely be considered. We will also consider him for homes without an existing dog, provided there’s people around enough to give him all of the fuss and attention he deserves.

Billy has been off site, and we’ve had nothing but glowing reports. We’d happily home him to families with children, but they’d need to be confident around a big, goofy and loving dog. Billy is also a dog that we think you could take out and about to pubs and coffee shops etc. Be warned, if you’re the one to adopt Billy, be prepared to be stopped a LOT on your walks, as he is super stunning and eye catching person, as well as being a total flirt with everyone he meets!

Billy retired from racing due to a tear in his achilles tendon. Because of this, we’ve kept Billy on the lead in our field so that he can’t go too crazy and hurt himself again. This is something that can be discussed in person, and if you’re a sensible owner we don’t see there being a problem in the future for Billy regarding his old injury.
