The type of home i need.

ideally a home with a garden

would prefer to live with another dog

suitable for first time dog owners

Meet Ronnie. This beautiful lad found himself at Sun Valley after he was discovered in a hoarding situation with 150 other dogs. Ronnie, His mum and his brother found themselves safe at SV where they have been shown nothing but love and kindness since. At only a year old Ronnie is still only a baby, who finds the big outside world quite scary, He is timid around new people and would need an understanding home, who are happy to give him the space he needs to settle. This lad is coming out of his shell more and more every day, showing us his extremely playful and cheeky side. He is still learning about what getting a cuddle is and although he is curious, he is still yet to ask for affection. He will happily stand for a fuss, and loves being given treats. Ronnie is an absolute darling. Due to his timid nature he spent a few days out on foster to experience the big wide world. He regularly goes off site to build his confidence around traffic and has lovely lead manners. When particularly spooked by something unusual, he will freeze but with gentle encouragement is happy to continue walking. Ronnie is absolutely fantastic with other dogs, and we feel it would be within his best interest to home him with a confident resident dog. He can be homed with calm older children (10+ ) having lived with them briefly on his foster stay. This playful lad would benefit having someone play with a football with him, and just generally having fun playing in the garden with him.
