Meet our absolute little dream boat who just joined the family; Jacko!  

Jacko arrived at Sun Valley in March 2025 and has passed every test we’ve throw at him with flying colours. He is lovely and confident when he goes off site, he isn’t strong on the lead for his size, and has beautiful lead manners. He is excited to say hello to other dogs of various sizes and breeds, and can whine when it’s time to say good bye to his doggy friends. He currently shares his space with a mad female greyhound, as he’s a perfect gent with her. We do think he could happily live with other dogs, but could also be an only hound with the right family.  

Jacko is a really placid lad, who is unfazed by everything. He would be an ideal dog to consider if you have a family with older children, as despite being a large male greyhound, Jacko has the gentlest of souls. He is also fabulous to consider if you are first time dog owners. 

There really isn’t enough positive things to say about this incredible boy, he really does tick every box, and he’s rather handsome if we do say so ourselves.
