This is Bennie, a lovely and affectionate boy that joined the family in September 2023. 

Despite his large size, Bennie is a gentle giant who is eager to love. He lived with another large boy called Jett, and when Jett went to leave for his forever home, we paired Bennie up with Ailsa. He has shown us that he can happily live with another male, or a female. We also think that Bennie can be an only dog, as he has such a chilled out way about him!

We’d happily home Bennie to a family with children, provided they are comfortable and confident around a big dog. He would make the most lovely family pet. 

We unfortunately don’t get the chance to test our hounds with small dogs, but if you do have a smaller dog and are interested in Bennie, we’d be happy for you to bring them down with you to the kennels to see how Bennie would get on with them!
